We specialize in maximizing the rights of the players while emphasizing the law in Israel and the various sports regulations and the regulations of the football association in particular, including handling the release of player cards, receiving the full salary they deserve including social rights, transfers between teams, representation before the player status committee, escorting and carrying out “quarantine” actor” etc.
Also, our office represents and accompanies groups while assisting and emphasizing proper conduct. We represent before all the tribunals in the football association and everything is subject to the international law of FIFA. Over the past few years we have represented over 150 players, coaches and football teams in the arbitration institution of the Football Association. The office also represents players, coaches and soccer teams before the disciplinary court of the soccer association, including the court of the supreme court of the soccer association.
Over the years, the office has been continuously dealing with the soccer association’s prosecutor in filing complaints regarding soccer teams that do not comply with the decisions of the association’s arbitration institution. In addition, our office advises on the preparation of employment contracts for hundreds of athletes over the years. The office provides solutions for players’ representatives (soccer agents) from the registration stage to the preparation of an orderly employment agreement with a soccer player and then a representative agreement with soccer teams.
